Membership of the local associations
Homeowner associations (HOA) provide a neighborhood with a shared set of values, an opportunity to enforce regulations that are consistent with statutory constraints, and are created for the betterment of the community. Association boards appoint corporate officers, create subcommittees and hold meetings that include members to better understand the wants and needs of the association members.
Central Viera
Central Viera Community Association (CVCA)
The CVCA is your master association in Central Viera. It presides over all district associations within the Central Viera Community boundaries. The board and management meet regularly with posted meeting times/dates for the members. The annual dues include your portion of the maintenance of the common areas along the roadways, utilities, insurance and cleaning of Eastwind, Westwind and North Solerno parks.

Tavistock District Association (TDA)
The Tavistock District covers the South Solerno neighborhoods of Chelford, Cortona, Daintree, Eason Landing, Gatwick, Levanto, Sunstone and Terramore. The board and management meet regularly with posted meeting times/dates for the members. The annual dues include your portion of the maintenance of the common grounds in your neighborhood such as gates, entrances and landscaping, and the Eastwind swimming pool.
Solerno District Association (SDA)
The Solerno District covers the North Solerno neighborhoods of Charloais Estates, Capron Trace, Colfax Landing, Ravencliffe, and Indigo Crossing. The board and management meet regularly with posted meeting times/dates for the members. The annual dues include your portion of the maintenance of the common grounds in your neighborhood such as gates, entrances and landscaping, and the North Solerno swimming pool.

Wyndham District Association
These individual district associations meet regularly with posted meeting times/dates for the members. The annual dues include a portion of the maintenance of the common ground in the neighborhood such as gates, entrances, and landscaping.
Stoneridge District Association (SDA)
The townhome community of Stoneridge meets regulary with posted meeting times/dates for the members. Just like the above associations, the maintenance and common ground areas are under the dues for the SDA. Property is managed by Bayside Management at 321.676.6446.
Viera East
Viera East Community Association, Inc. (VECA): www.vecainc.com
VECA is your master association in Viera East. It presides over the district associations within the Viera East Community boundaries. The board and management meet regularly with posted meeting times/dates for the members. The annual dues include your portion of the maintenance of the common areas along the roadways, utilities, insurance and cleaning of Suseda and Clubhouse parks. Businesses in the area also belong to VECA.

Viera East Community Development District (VECDD) or (CDD): http://www2.cybergolf.com
The CDD was established under the Florida Statutes to fund development of community infrastructure and to provide future maintenance of CDD owned properties such as the Viera East Golf Course, Woodside Park, trails, drainage systems and several conservation areas. The exception to this district is the areas of Crane Creek, Six Mile Creek, Cross Creek and the Indian River Colony Club.
