The Town Square, Wuesthoff’s Assisted Living Facility, provides caring assistance for singles and couples in an atmosphere of security and peace. Residents can live independently in an unfurnished ground-floor apartment or utilize the full care assisted living quarters with weekly housekeeping, transportation to medical appointments and personal needs.

The Wuesthoff Progressive Care Center is a 114-bed skilled nursing facility providing sub-acute care and extensive rehabilitation to patients recently discharged from the hospital. The center is committed to combining traditional nursing care with strong rehabilitative and recreational therapy programs to help their patients.

The Transitional Care Unit uses a team approach to care for patients transitioning between a hospital stay and returning home. This includes procedures such as back, knee, hip or fractures needing orthopedic rehabilitation and pulmonary hypoxemia and airway management disorders requiring respiratory rehabilitation. Extended services such as cancer treatment, IV therapy and wound care are also available.
