West Viera Traffic Impact Study to be Revised
Recently, Brevard County hired a consultant to review the West Viera traffic impact study presented by The Viera Company and its transportation consultant.
After reviewing that report and comparing it to our study, it has become clear to us that there were modeling errors in our traffic analysis. We want to make sure that our traffic plan is based on correct information, and therefore have asked the County for more time to review their study and revisit ours.
We will make all revisions necessary to correct any errors. Upon completing this re-evaluation, the revised traffic impact study will be re-submitted to Brevard County and the reviewing agencies.

DUDA's Cocoa Ranch
You may have seen an article recently in Florida Today about a dispute between DUDA, the parent company of The Viera Company, and the St. Johns River Water Management District.
The issue involves routine activities on the Cocoa Ranch related to DUDA's agricultural operations.
DUDA disagrees with the District’s conclusion that certain farming activities were unauthorized, and has filed an administrative action challenging the District.
We want you to know that this does not involve The Viera Company or its development activities.
