West Viera Development Plans
In May 2005, The Viera Company announced they would begin planning for future development of their remaining 12,000 acres on the west side of I-95. The planning process includes an effort to reach out to the community to share information about future plans and hear the community’s views. Over the course of what is estimated to be a two year planning process, The Viera Company will strive to keep the community and public informed on its progress.
